Sweet Vermouth Slush

- oz orange juice
- oz sweet vermouth
- oz simple syrup
- oz orange liqueur
- oz water
- oz gin
Combine all ingredients except for the gin in a 9x9 inch pan and whisk to combine. Freeze for at least 8 hours, scraping the sides towards the center at the 3 hour mark. To serve, add 6oz of the slush to a rocks glass and top with 1oz of gin (or another light liquor).
