Queen Cocktail

  • oz Plymouth Sloe Gin
  • oz yuzu juice
  • oz lemongrass syrup
  • egg white
  • piece star anise
Dry shake all ingredients, then shake with ice. Strain into fizz glass. Garnished with one star anise.
