oz Fortaleza reposado tequila
oz Domaine de Canton
oz lime juice
oz peach liqueur
plum
slice peach

Muddle plum in a cocktail shaker. Add other ingredients, along with ice, and shake. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
