  • oz gin
  • oz lemon juice
  • oz sweetened ginger juice
  • oz Aperol
  • mint leaves
  • piece candied ginger
For the sweetened ginger juice, mix 4 parts freshly juiced ginger (skin on) to 3 parts sugar (by weight) until the sugar resolves. Shake with ice, strain with a tightly gated Hawthorne strainer, and garnish with the candied ginger.
