Lantern Fly

  • oz Jamaican pot still rum
  • oz lemon juice
  • oz sweetened ginger juice
  • oz Amargo-Vallet amaro
  • piece candied ginger
For the sweetened ginger juice, mix 4 parts freshly juiced ginger (skin on) to 3 parts sugar (by weight) until the sugar resolves. Shake with ice and garnish with the candied ginger.
