- oz mezcal
- oz apple brandy
- oz sweet vermouth
- dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
- brandied cherry
In a mixing glass, combine the apple brandy, mezcal, vermouth and mole bitters, along with ice. Stir for 30 seconds, then strain into a chilled nick & nora glass. Garnish.
