Fairy Godmother

  • 1 oz Pernod 68 Absinthe
  • ¾ oz St. Germain
  • ¾ oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • 1 edible orchid
  • 1 lime twist
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, or into a rocks glass over a large chunk of ice. Garnish with a petite edible orchid or a lime twist.
