Bufala Negra
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz balsamic vinegar
- 6 drops 80:20 saline solution
- ginger ale
- 5 basil leaves
Based on a recipe from the now-closed restaurant Pala. Muddle the basil leaves and balsamic vinegar in a collins glass. Add the bourbon and saline solution, and stir. Fill the glass with ice, fill with ginger ale, and garnish with a sprig of basil.
