- oz blended scotch
- oz lemon juice
- oz honey-ginger syrup
- oz Laphroaig 10 Year Old scotch
- piece candied ginger
Shake all liquid ingredient except the Laphroaig and double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Gently float the Laphroaig with a barspoon. Garnish with the candied ginger.
