Vit Buffel
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 oz Clover Valley Farms Rhubarb-Mint Shrub
- 2 oz Vikre Spruce Gin
- 1 splash club soda
- 1 basil sprig
Place the basil leaves in the bottom of the glass and add the shrub. Muddle thoroughly. Add the gin, and stir. Add a large ice cube and stir again. Top off with the soda, and garnish with a sprig of basil.
