Vit Buffel

  • 6 basil leaves
  • 1 oz Clover Valley Farms Rhubarb-Mint Shrub
  • 2 oz Vikre Spruce Gin
  • 1 splash club soda
  • 1 basil sprig
Place the basil leaves in the bottom of the glass and add the shrub. Muddle thoroughly. Add the gin, and stir. Add a large ice cube and stir again. Top off with the soda, and garnish with a sprig of basil.
