- oz Don Q Gold
- oz evaporated milk
- oz cream of coconut
- cinnamon sticks
- cloves
- star anise
- teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients except rum to medium sauce pan. Let simmer for ten minutes, for the spices to infuse, then remove from heat. Wait for it to cool to room temperature, strain out the spices, then add 10oz Don Q gold rum.
