The Gershwin
- oz gin
 - oz simple syrup
 - oz Domaine de Canton
 - oz lemon juice
 - drops rose water
 
			Combine the gin, ginger liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until everything is properly chilled and diluted, then strain into a stemmed cocktail glass. Finish with a spritz of rose water right over the top from an atomizer, and enjoy.
