- oz Tequila Silver
- oz lemon juice
- oz ginger syrup
- oz agave
- oz mezcal
Shake with ice, then float the Mezcal.
For ginger syrup, combine equal parts sliced ginger, sugar, water and a cinnamon stick, boil until the sugar dissolves, then blend or strain out the solids.
