Elderflower & Grapefruit Aquavit Sour

- oz Ahus Akvavit
- oz grapefruit juice
- oz St. Germain
- oz lemon juice
- oz simple syrup
- lemon twist
Shake with ice and garnish with a lemon twist (and optionally, an edible spring flower).
