- oz Four Roses bourbon
- oz Plantation Original Dark Rum
- oz Maple Syrup
- oz absinthe
- orange twist
Stir the liquid ingredients except for the absinth with ice and strain into a glass over ice. Float the absinthe. Garnish with the orange peel.
